Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) covers refunds and exchanges for all merchandise purchased directly from Coils to Locs, LLC (the “Company,” “us” or “we”).

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to help.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a wholesale product that you’ve purchased from Coils to Locs.

You have 10 days to return or exchange an item(s) from the date of delivery. Date of delivery is tracked in our shipping tracking system.

The item to be returned must be unworn, unused and neatly repackaged in its original packaging with all the associated items and documentation that were included when you received it.

Items that have been worn, washed, combed, picked, brushed, cut or trimmed, unsanitary, dented, scratched, missing major contents, damaged or altered in any way or without proof of purchase may not be returned.

Any return must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, does not match the description on the website, or is the wrong item, you may return the item as long as such return meets all of the requirements listed above. The damage or discrepancy must be proved as existing at the time of arrival by sufficient photographic or video evidence.

How to Return an Item

Please contact us at customercare@coilstolocs.com to let us know that you plan on returning an item so that we can monitor receipt of return items. It is helpful to share why the item is being returned in your correspondence.

Return items using shipping carrier of your choice. (You incur the cost of shipping). 

To return an item, please mail the item, which meets the above requirements and is repackaged in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please ensure that the wigs are returned in packaging that protects the wigs and ship to the following address:

The refund will be processed once the return is received in our office. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Subject to this Policy, we, at our sole discretion, will credit you for the return of any item that meets the requirements of the Company’s Standard Return Policy above and is accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be made either in the same form as the original payment or as a merchandise exchange. Please allow up to 30 business days for return processing/refunds.

You are responsible for any additional shipping charges related to any exchanges shipped to you. 

Policy Modification and Amendment

This Policy may be modified or terminated by us at any time with or without reason.

Your return requests will be considered under the version of this Policy that is in effect at the time of purchase.
